This gives everyone the ability to make a mutual connection in seconds.

Customer reviews can effectively grow a company or kill a company. The first line of defense is the host or the waiter. In a busy restaurant, waiters have the challenge of managing multiple tables' needs. This can be a nightmare for any waiter or cashier. Customers must raise their hands to be noticed or wait for eye contact. Waiters that have the Shy app can create a group for each table. The customers at each table can instantly message their waiter for their needs. Waiters will provide better service, and restaurants will receive better reviews. Powered by Shy, partnered restaurants will have the ability to upload their menus, customers will be able to order, and pay through the app. Customers can directly message restaurant POSs with their needs. Restaurants will require fewer waiters.
Shy also allows businesses to have conversations with their customers. This is especially helpful in retail settings where customers may have questions or concerns while they are still in the store. With Shy, stores can engage with their customers and take care of any issues immediately instead of having customers call or email later.
