Vacation OwnershipA web platform based in Dubai which would enable users to conveniently buy, sell and rent timeshares. Most so called 'marketplaces' only facilitate listings while we look to oversee and take responsibility of the whole transaction. We have found a solution to operate within the legal framework and regulations established by the local government. Although the foundation of the vacation ownership industry was laid down more than 40 years ago we firmly believe that timeshares would be the future avenue for travelers and vacationers due to the increasing global population and the slow rate at which new resorts/hotels are being built. Seasonal, preferred resort availability would be a major problem. This is where we look to introduce vacation ownership as an alternative to consumers via our platform which would drive up the demand of timeshares.
