The founder, Payal Kshatriya Cerri has over 2 decades of hands-on experience, working in global positions in Paris with houses such as Givenchy(LVMH), Valentino and Jean Paul Gaultier. She has most recently been a member of the board of directors of the ionic childrens' wear house Bonpoint and lastly, was Wovens' Director at Chanel.
Payal's rich, very diverse and 360 degree experience working with global houses at key positions overseeing global markets both strategically and operationally, while working with the finest creative and business minds in the industry, has been instrumental in honing her expertise and skills.
Payal has also been a mentor with In5 Design, and is also a speaker at various platforms addressing topics that are close to her work and heart - building sustainable business models and products and empowering people to create meaningful ventures with a long term approach. Her involvement has also brought her to contribute positively to the next generations through the academic world as a mentor and guest speaker at Essec, Paris and ISDI and ADYPU in India.
