A Virtual Sales Coach Assistant

How often do you sell over the phone ? Do you measure your performances, and clearly know what works ? Have you managed to efficiently share this knowledge with your teammates on a regular basis ?

Over the hundreds of conversations I had with Sales Leaders, the answers to these questions are NO.
And it's a problem. Every performer will tell you the same thing: without measurements, there is no improvement.

TOO MUCH DATA

While it is clear that customer conversations are a critical part of the sales cycle something still needs to be done with all the huge amount data it generates!

Current sales processes over the phone generate a lot of it that lies, sleeping somewhere in data center. That untaped intelligence could greatly help companies enhance the quality of their sales processes, clarifying the performance of its communication with the outside World.

Sales agents, as well as head of sales departments, want measures that can lead to:

- better coaching,
- enhanced performances,
- and better attraction/retention of talents.

Unfortunately it remains impossible for human beings to effortlessly comb through that huge amount of information.

AMDA pi is the First Virtual Sales Coach that aims at achieving just that.
That AI automatically transcribes all the interactions in 14 different languages - with 25 different subset of accents. Furthermore, it computes relevant conversational indicators that help the sales agents, as well as the head of sales, find out what works, and what doesn't, in real time.
