Lock&Stock
Marketing and AdvertisingLock&Stock is a free mobile app that fights digital addiction among youth, thus fighting rising levels of stress and anxiety that are associated with increasing smartphone use. In exchange for locking their phones, we reward users with points, which can then be used for offers, discounts, internships and scholarships from any of our 500+ partners. As an addition, every week we give out hundreds of dollars in prizes to the users who have locked their phones for the longest duration of time. To date, we have accounted for over 150 years of total combined locked phone time.
Through our Scholarships platform, which is exists as a native section on Lock&Stock, we connect our 40,000 registered users with guaranteed scholarships and fee waivers for universities. This service is completely free, and all a user has to do is lock his/her phone. At present time there are over 300 universities partnered with Lock&Stock's Scholarships platform, including over 50 universities in the US, UK, Australia and Canada each, and over 20 universities here in the UAE. In 2019, Lock&Stock's Scholarships platform became the largest UAE private higher education marketplace, accounting for approximately 2.5% of all enrolments at domestic UAE universities.
Between 2019 and 2020, we project domestic UAE enrolments to increase by between 250-300%, and revenues to increase by between 300-400%. By the end of 2020, we will have an artificially intelligent recommendation engine in place, allowing the platform to match users with their best possible universities.
Our key focus is to grow our presence internationally, with our key target markets being Saudi Arabia, Oman, Egypt, India and Pakistan for growth.
