Wellbeing & Employee engagementSoken is a customisable mobile corporate well-being platform designed to improve employee engagement & help every employee in an organisation be happier, healthier, and more productive. We are a software-as-a-service platform that targets companies with over 100 employees, offering our service at a set monthly fee per employee.
Mental illness and exhaustion take a negative toll on businesses in absenteeism, presenteeism and reduced productivity, unnecessary staff turnover and more. In addition, most studies conducted over the past year have shown an increase in mental health issues since the start of the pandemic.
For instance, The World Economic Forum found a strong link between loneliness during the pandemic and a high risk of mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, and sleep disruption. A recent Gulf Business survey highlighted that 75% of employees said having a digital wellbeing product would help them feel more connected and improve their physical and mental wellbeing
Soken has been designed to improve employee engagement and wellbeing by making small sustainable changes we call positive procrastination, to help positively impact their physical, nutritional & mental health.
The app has a magnitude of solutions because everyone is unique; we provide monthly physical corporate challenges with a reward for top performers which focus on improving health, obesity & reducing company absenteeism.
Our recognition system is designed to encourage corporate wellness to give colleagues praise, creating a positive team culture.
Employees will access a full workout program library with videos to learn the correct technique and are designed for every level of ability & access to equipment. This is designed to help combat the lack of movement from long work hours, reducing aches/pains and lowering medical claims.
A simple nutrition section guides employees towards healthy, sustainable weight loss. Lowering obesity rates, improving employee energy levels and life quality.
These systems are part of an easy-to-use interface compatible with Android and IOS, linking to devices such as Fitbit, Apple, Garmin & Huawei devices.
