PropTechViewIT is like the SnapChat of Real Estate.
Agents can easily take videos, geo-tag and list their Properties in minutes and give their clients a more immersive and verified real estate experience.
Real Estate is an industry that has yet to embrace industry-wide technological change. It has remained stagnant since the early 2000s and is in desperate need of disruption. The current process of going to every listing, taking pictures and coming back to the office to fill up multiple fields on a desktop and publish a listing has remained the same since the advent of the real estate CRM.
ViewIT is an end-to-end solution that solves 2 problems;
1. Making real estate agents lives easier by streamlining the listing process using mobile.
2. Providing clients with a more immersive experience with verified video walkthroughs of Properties.
We plan to disrupt this industry by allowing agents to use our platform to take short, customizable videos of their listings and uploading them to our dedicated property portal. We want to leverage on the sustained improvements in mobile technology where watching a ViewIT walkthrough on your phone is synonymous with going to the viewing in person.
